Inspired by their father, who was in the healthcare system in Moroccco for decades managing state hospitals, and growing up running around in the hospital hallways, the brothers Rachid and Anas Sbay wanted to bridge the Moroccan healthcare system with the American emergency medical system.

AIM Training was founded to provide medical education and training for frontline healthcare providers to save lives lost unnecessarily to heart attack and trauma in the Kingdom of Morocco. We endeavor to increase survivability of out of hospital cardiac arrest, improve the quality of trauma care, decrease mortality, and reduce geographic disparities in the quality of care throughout Morocco. We’ll do this by making world-class education and high-fidelity simulation more accessible to first responders, frontline healthcare workers, medical professionals and Moroccan citizens by offering small group sessions, hands-on skills labs and evidence-based, engaging and internationally recognized certification courses.

We’re committed to establishing partnerships with local medical providers, public safety agencies and institutions of higher education. Our intent is to train Moroccan emergency medical experts to become instructors and to facilitate Morocco’s own initial and continuing life-saving courses that offer American and International certifications.
